摘要
目的探讨游离足背皮瓣修复足背大面积皮肤缺损的临床效果。方法对12例足背大面积皮肤缺损患者应用游离足背皮瓣修复治疗。结果 12例均获随访,时间1个月～4年。游离皮瓣全部成活,受区运动、感觉及外观良好;供区植皮全部成活,双足功能无明显影响。结论游离足背皮瓣可以解决足背大面积皮肤缺损修复的问题,且组织相似性高;供区只要保留完整腱周膜即可解决植皮生长不理想的问题。游离足背皮瓣是修复足背大面积皮肤缺损的较理想选择。
Objective To explore the effect of free dorsalis pedis flap in treatment of the foot large area of skin defects.Methods Dorsal area of skin defect was treated with free dorsalis pedis flap in 12 cases.Results 12 cases were followed up for 1 month to 4 years.Free flaps survived completely,with the district of movement,sensation and appearance;the donor site skin graft survived with all the feet function.Conclusions Free dorsalis pedis flap can solve the problem of the dorsum of the foot large area of skin defect with similar organizations.For the district intact peritendon membrane can solve the problem of graft growth is not ideal,free dorsal skin flap is the ideal choice dorsum of the foot of a large area of skin defect.
