摘要
本文概括了专门档案利用服务的特点,分析了专门档案开放利用服务在信息资源建设、服务方式、服务收费等方面存在的问题,并从公共服务职能、档案信息公开、服务流程优化、服务工作信息化等方面提出了对策建议。
This article has outlined the characters of the special archives＇utilizing service and analyzed the problems of the special archives＇public service in the fields such as information resources,service patterns and fee charging.The article has provided several possible solutions to the problems from the aspects including public service function,public-oriented archives information,and optimization of service process as well as informatization of service work.
