摘要
目的观察骨康片治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将80例患者,随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组40例。对照组予基础治疗(盖天力和维生素AD胶丸),治疗组予骨康片加基础治疗。两组疗程均为12周。观察临床症状的变化给予评定,算出积分值;采用双能x线(DEXA)检测患者L2～L4骨密度;利用化学发光方法检测尿脱氧吡啶酚(deoxypyridinoline,DPD)的变化;用血生化检测血清钙和血清磷;观察两组一般体检项目、三大常规、心肝肾功能、不良反应及用药后的不适感觉,了解本药有无毒副作用。结果治疗组在临床症状改善情况、血钙/血磷比值、尿DPD的排泄减少及骨密度的提高等方面均优于对照组。结论骨康片治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效优于基础治疗,且安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of gukang tablets on primary osteoporosis.Methods 80 cases were randomized into two groups,a treatment group（40 cases）and a control group（40 cases）.In the control group,the basic treatment（gaitianli tablets and vitamin AD capsules）was applied.In the treatment group,gukang tablets were supplemented besides the basic treatment.The course of treatment was 12 weeks in either group.The assessment was figured out based on the observation of clinical symptom changes.The score was calculated.The dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry（DEXA）was used to detect bone mineral density of L2 to L4.The chemiluminescence method was adopted to detect the change of deoxypyridinoline（DPD）.The blood biochemistry method was applied to detect serum calcium and phosphorus levels.The general physical examination items,the three-major routine tests,the heart,liver and kidney functions,the adverse reactions and the discomforts after medication were observed.The toxic side effects of the medicine were understood.Results In the treatment group,the improvements in the clinical symptoms,serum calcium/phosphorus ratio,the excretion reduction of urine DPD and the improvement of bone mineral density were all superior to those in the control group.Conclusion Gukang tablets achieve the superior efficacy on primary osteoporosis as compared with the basic treatment.The treatment is safe and effective.
