摘要
对一种国外设计的变频电机在工频电源下无法自起动进行分析,提出了改进措施。通过分析得知,高次谐波磁场产生的附加转矩是电机不能自起动的根本原因,而增大定、转子间的气隙是削弱附加转矩的简单有效的方法,同时认为变频电机应具备自起动能力。
A variable frequency motor of foreign designed which is not able to self-starting with normal power supply was analyzed, and gave a improve method. According to our analysis, additional torque from high harmonic magnetic field is a basic cause. And increasing the gap is a method of simple and effective to decrease the additional torque. Meanwhile the variable frequency motors should have the ability of self-starting.
