摘要
目的评价米氮平对抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法将门诊及住院患者70例随机分为2组,分别给予米氮平和氟西汀治疗,疗程6周。采用Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)、临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度(CGI-SI)及副反应量表(TESS)评价疗效和不良反应。结果米氮平在治疗1、2周末HAMD、CGI-SI评分显著低于氟西汀(P<0.05),治疗6周时2组疗效相似。2组不良反应均轻微。结论米氮平是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药,起效快。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of mirtazapine in the treatment of depression. Methods Seventy out-patients and in-patients were divided to two groups,treated by mirtazapine and fluxetine respecfively for 6 weeks.Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）,clinical global impression scale severity of illness（CGI-SI） and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effect. Results The scores of HAMD and CGI-SI were significantly lower in mirtazapine group than those in fluxetine group after 1 and 2 weeks treatment（P0.05）.Both groups were similar in efficacies at the end of treatment.Side effects of both groups were mild. Conclusion Mirtazapine is a safe and effective antidepressant,and has faster efficacy.
