射频技术在神经病理性疼痛治疗中的应用

Application of radiofrequency in the treatment of neuropathic pain

摘要 射频技术是一种利用其热效应和电场效应来达到治疗目的的技术手段,可分为连续射频和脉冲射频,目前已广泛应用于临床各个领域。在临床疼痛领域中的应用也已有几十年历史,并逐步成熟。本文主要就射频技术的特点、发展趋势以及在神经病理性疼痛治疗中的应用进行文献综述。 Radiofrequency technology is a technical method of thermal effect and electric field effect for therapeutic purposes. Radiofrequeney can be divided into continuous and pulsed radiofrequency, and it has been widely used in clinical fields for decades. This article reviews the characteristics and trends of radiofrequeney technology and its application in the treatment of neuropathic pain.
