摘要
针对大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业实践课程在实施过程存在的时间短、内容浅、基地难以落实以及学生求职过程中碰到的与社会发展需要的知识结构脱节等问题,提出了多层次、全方位"块+线+点+面"为核心的四位一体的综合改革新思路,以寻求更好地解决培养过程中出现的新情况、新问题。通过近20年的探索与完善,逐步形成一套紧密结合机械工程学科最新研究成果、适应社会对人才多层次综合性的知识结构与技能需要、拥有显著地方特色的机械工程专业大学生实践课程培养新模式。
The new multi-layered and omnibearing ideas of comprehensive reform and innovation while concentrating on the 4 in 1,"block+line+point+surface",were presented to solve the problems such as practice time shorting,simple in content,confirming difficulty practice enterprise and the students,majored in mechanical design and manufacturing and automation,not adapted to work demands.The new educating mode on the synthetical practice courses of the undergraduate majoring in mechanical engineering was gradually established by 20 years exploration and perfection.It closely combines latest achievements of mechanical engineering,adapts to society demand for multi-layered and inter-disciplinary talent,has remarkable local characteristics.
