摘要
目的讨论延迟法静脉尿路造影在儿童中的应用价值及其原理．方法 ３例患儿采用了延迟法静脉尿路造影，彩超和手术病理确诊．结果 例１示左侧输尿管远端狭窄，以上输尿管、肾孟扩张积水，例２示左侧重肾及扩大的输尿管，例３示左侧输尿管下段的巨大囊肿．结论 延迟法静脉尿路造影弥补了常规法的不足，避免了重复检查，在实际中有一定的应用价值．
TO investigate the applicable value and principle of delaying IVU in children. Methods Delaying IVU and B-mode ultrasonography were performed in 3 cases. Operation and pathology were confirmed by them, Results Left ureterostegnosis at distance and pyeloureterectasis was seen in one case. Left pyeloureteral duplication and ureterectasis was seen in one case. Left ureterocele was seen in one case. Convlusion Delaying IVU can improve the shortage of routine IVU and refrain from repetitive examination. It has good value in practice.
