摘要
伴随我国高等教育大众化程度不断加深,高等教育质量要求日趋提高,高等教育功能日益扩大,高校教师担负的角色亦愈趋复杂,职业压力愈趋加剧。课题阐述了职业压力与教师职业压力,分析了高职院校教师职业压力形成的学校诱因,提出了缓解教师职业压力的对策。
With the deepening degree of higher education popularization in China,the requirement of quality are increased higher and higher,the function of higher education is expanded more and more;the roles of teachers in colleges and universities have also become increasingly complex,increasingly aggravated occupational stress.Issue gives an elaboration on occuptional stress and the professional pressure of teachers;analysis of the formation of the professional pressure of teachers in higher vocational college,and proposal of mitigation countermeasures of professional pressure of teachers.
