Stopping Redundancy of a Maximum Distance Separable Code

摘要 研究[n,2,n-1]MDS码的停止冗余的界,通过一个新的构造改进已有的界. The bound on the stopping redundancy of an [n,2,n-1] MDS code is considered.With a new construction,we obtain a much stronger bound.
