基于某型计程仪测试系统要求的高精度液压发生装置研究

摘要 我国90年代从国外引进的某型艇已进入首轮中修修理周期,但作为舰艇导航系统重要自主导航装备之一的ЛГП水压计程仪既无装备中修指南,国内也缺乏该水压计程仪内场动态高精度测试工装设备、放大器线路板功能测试及计程仪压力敏感部件波纹管调试手段。为完成该计程仪内场中修调试,需研制一套测试系统对液压进行精确控制,要求在最大产生4MPa液压力的同时能够产生-10kPa至100kPa范围内的动静压差,精度为±0.2kPa。目前,采用常规的液压系统设计方案不能够满足上述精度要求,因此本文所进行的高精度液压发生装置的研究和设计,对满足计程仪在工厂内顺利完成中修任务具有重要意义。 A warship imported in 90's is entering repair cycle.The ship's equipments need to be executed mending intermediately,however,there aren't any necessary maintenance instruction documents about the ЛГП hydraulic pressure log which is one important component of the naval ship's navigation system.There is also a lack of high precision testing equipments which are available for the in-factory dynamic repair.Meanwhile,the functional test for amplificatory circuitry board,debugging means and relational formulas for pressure sense organ ripple pipe can't be acquired.To meet the requirements of in-factory repairing the log,it's necessary to develop a testing system which may precisely control hydraulic pressure.The specific requirements include generating-10KPa-100KPa dynamic-static pressure difference with 4MPa hydraulic pressure,keeping the precision in the scope of ±0.2KPa.Since the general existing solution can't meet the precision requirement,the study and design of a high precision hydraulic generator described in the paper are significant for repairing the log in the factory.
