摘要
鄱阳湖是我国"最后一盆清水",保护鄱阳湖生态环境的责任和意义极其重大。鄱阳湖生态经济区战略规划的实施,为鄱阳湖生态环境保护提供了良好机遇,也提出了严峻挑战。站在积极的生态环境保护角度,要重点抓好以水质为中心,以板块为区划,以生态为制约,以准入为手段4个方面,从而使得鄱阳湖生态经济区在发展中保护生态环境。
Poyang Lake is considered as the last pot of clear water in china,the responsibility and significance of protecting the ecological environment in Poyang Lake is very important.The implementation of strategic plan of the Poyang Lake ecological economic zone brings the good opportunity for protecting the ecological environment in Poyang Lake,but also brings severe challenge.In the positive ecologic environment protection,Poyang Lake ecological economic zone should put its focus on four aspects,which are water quality,plate type zoning,ecological restriction,and project threshold,so as to protect ecological environment in the economic development.
