加快桂西地区矿产业的发展,是提升桂西地区可持续发展能力的需要。当前做大做强桂西地区矿产业必须以转变发展方式为主线,加快培育矿产业工业园区;突出抓好强优企业,提高矿产业的产业集中度;以节能减排为重点抓好矿产业企业技术改造;为做大做强矿产业创造良好的发展环境;突出抓好产业结构调整,转变经济发展方式,实现矿产业可持续发展。
It is a demand to speed up mining industry development in the west area in Guangxi to promote the sustainable development.In order to enhance the mining industry in the west area it has to transform development mode and accelerate industrial park construction,mainly enhance the advanced enterprises and improve mining industry centralization,and to transform techniques of mining enterprises for energy saving and emission reduction purpose,in addition,it has to create a good environment for mining industry promotion and to adjust industrial structure,transform economic development mode and fulfill sustainable development of mining industry.
