摘要
分析了鲜活农产品流通链条,提出了鲜活农产品流通链条"最初一公里"及"最后一公里"的问题,指出批发市场、冷鲜仓储、销地配送中心、社区零售商业是鲜活农产品流通链条的关键节点。提出了扶持鲜活农产品流通链条关键节点的政策建议,即建立专项基金,向关键节点和薄弱环节倾斜;支持供销合作社等合作组织的关键节点设施建设;对关键节点设施建设实行优惠政策。
This paper analyzes the circulation chain of fresh agricultural products and points out the problem of ＂The First Mile＂ and ＂The Last Mile＂ in the circulation chain of fresh agricultural products.It asserts that the key nodes in the circulation chain of fresh agricultural products are the wholesale markets,cold storage warehouses,distribution centers and community retail stores.The policy recommendations are proposed to support the key nodes and weak links in the circulation chain of fresh agricultural products： a special fund should be established to favor the key nodes and weak links,more support should be given to the infrastructure construction of key nodes such as supply and marketing cooperatives and other cooperation organizations,favorable policies should be implemented in the infrastructure construction of key nodes.
