摘要
目的:对室间质评结果进行分析,找出存在问题,加强室内质量控制,保证临床结果的准确性。方法:由卫生部临检中心和北京市临检中心购买的室间质评样本,按照化学发光法进行检测乙肝五项,共检测了450份。结果:HBsAg、HbsAb符合率为100%,HBeAg、HBcAb符合率为98%,HBeAb符合率为95%结论:参加临床免疫室间质评工作,提高了检验质量,为临床提供准确、精密、具有完全可信性的实验结果,可保证检测结果的准确性。
Objective To analyze the results of external quality control and find the problems so as to strengthen the internal quality control and improve the accuracy of clinical immunologic test.Methods The 450 samples of external quality control from ministry of health center for clinical laboratory and Beijing center for clinical laboratory were detected by the method of chemiluminescence,and the test items included HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb.Results The coincidence rate of HBsAg and HBsAb was both 100%.The coincidence rate of HBeAg,HBcAb and HBeAb was 98%,98%and 95% respectively.Conclusion The quality of clinical immunologic test is improved by attending the external quality control,which will contribute for providing the clinicians with accurate,precise and reliable results.
