摘要
目的:探讨^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在胆管癌术前诊断和术后疗效评估中的应用价值。方法:对25例胆管癌患者(术前7例,术后18例)进行^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像检查,测定病灶部位初次检查及延迟显像SUV_(max),观察其表现及术后疗效。结果:PET/CT诊断胆管癌符合率100%,灵敏度95%,特异性90%。结论:^(18)F-FDG PET/CT对胆管癌的诊断和术后疗效评估具有重要临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value of （18）F -FDG PET/CT in preoperative diagnosis and postoperative therapeutic evaluation of cholangiocarcinoma.Methods Twenty-five cases of cholangiocarcinoma patients（7 cases before the operation and 18 cases after the operation） underwent （18）F-FDG PET/CT imaging examination,the initial SUV_（max）and delay SUVmax of the lesion were measured and analyzed,and their performance and postoperative curative effect were observed. Results The accordance rate of （18）F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma was 100%,the sensitivity was 95%,and the specificity was 90%.Conclusion （18）F-FDG PET/CT has an important clinical value in preoperative diagnosis and postoperative therapeutic evaluation of cholangiocarcinoma.
