摘要
目的 :寻求膀胱癌术后复发的有效预防方法。方法 :对行保留膀胱手术治疗的 86例膀胱癌患者 ,术后采用羟基喜树碱 (HCPT)行膀胱灌注治疗 ,并与同期作其他药物灌注者进行比较。结果 :随访 71例 (82 .6 % ) ,除 3例灌注不及 1个疗程者外 ,复发 10例 ,复发率为 14.7% (10 / 6 8) ,优于同期内其他药物灌注的预防效果 ,并发症和副作用极轻。结论 :HCPT灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发有较好的效果和较多的优点 ,毒副作用少而轻 ,明显优于其他灌注药物。今后应对其药代动力学作进一步研究。
Purpose:To investigate effective prophylactic method to prevent the reccurrence of bladder tumor. Methods: From 1993 to 1997,212 cases of bladder carcinoma were treated by conservative bladder operations including TURbt, partial cystectomy and so on, after surgical management intravesical instillation therapy with Hydroxyl Camptothecine was used to prevent tumor recurrence in 86 patients. Results: Follow up showed the recurrence rate was 14.70 %, this result was better than application of other medicines for instillation therapy, and the another benefit for patients was the side effect of Hydroxyl Camptothecine instillation was very mild.Conclusions:Intravesical instillation of Hydroxyl Camptochecine,with higher effects and lower side effects,is the choice of freat ment for preuenting postaperative recurrence of bladder cancer.
