摘要
目的:探讨人工耳蜗植入术患儿的护理措施。方法:对14例患儿行术前评估及准备,术后常规护理及开机调试前后的护理方法进行综合分析。结果:14例患儿术中行神经反应遥监测技术监测(NRT)测试,所有电极阻抗正常,均引出NRT波形,术后无并发症,耳蜗位X-R显示电极植入正常。结论:规范、全程的健康教育及护理,有利于提高手术成功率,增加患儿及家长对康复的信心。
Objective： To explore nursing measures for the children undergoing artificial cochlea implantation.Method： The nursing of preoperative evaluation,preoperative preparation,before and after the adjustment and postoperative routine nursing were comprehensively analyzed.Result： Fourteen children were tested with neural response telemetry（NRT） in the operation and all electrode impedances were normal,showing the wave forms of NRT.There was no complication after the operation.X-R of cochlea potentials showed normal implantation of electrodes.Conclusion： Normative healthy education of whole course and nursing are helpful to raise success rate of operation and increase the confidence of the children and family.
