摘要
优质高产啤酒大麦新品种陇啤1号是从匈牙利品种Jaxana中选择优异的变异单株培育而成。在2008—2009年甘肃省多点试验中,陇啤1号折合平均产量8 663.89 kg/hm2,较对照品种甘啤4号和甘啤5号平均增产825.79kg/hm2,增产率达10.54%,居参试品种(系)第1位。该品种为二棱皮大麦,春性,生育期110 d左右,株高70～85 cm,穗长7.7cm左右;穗粒数22粒左右,绝干千粒重43～45 g,绝干蛋白质含量9.7%～11.0%,2.5 mm筛选率在91%以上,浸出物(以干基计)达到81.8%,α-氨基氮为160 mg/100 g,糖化力为355.5 WK,库尔巴哈值为42.4%。具有丰产、抗逆、优质和广适等特点,适宜甘肃省河西、沿黄、引大灌区和中南部雨养旱作区及北方同类大麦种植区种植。
Longpi 1,a new variety of malting barley with high yield and quality,is selected from an excellent variation plant of Jaxana,which is a variety from Hungarian.The average yield Longpi 1 was 8 663.89 kg/hm2,825.79 kg/hm2 and 10.54% higher than of the check Ganpi 4 in the multi-place test of Gansu which was conducted during the peried 2008—2009.The variety belongs to two leatherback barley,which is a spring variety with the growth period about 110 d,plant height was 70 to 85 cm,ear length approximately was 7.7 cm,grain number was 22,absolutely dry grain weight was 43~45 g,absolutely dry protein was 9.7%,2.5 mm screening rate was above 91.0%,extract up to 81.8%,α-amino nitrogen was 160 mg/100 g,saccharifying power was 355.5 WK,and kolbach index was 42.4%.The new variety has the characteristics of high yield,stress tolerance,superior quality and wide adaptability,and it is suitable to plant the region of Hexi,Yanhuang,Yinda irrigation area in Gansu province,south-central rain fed dry areas and similar northern barley growing areas.
