摘要
目的:评价电子阴道镜下定位活检在子宫颈病变诊断中的价值和临床意义。方法:对736例阴道镜下活检进行回顾性分析。结果:确诊子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)1 124例,CIN 2 34例,CIN 3 13例,子宫颈癌37例,人类乳头瘤病毒感染28例。结论:阴道镜下定位活检对早期发现子宫颈癌、CIN及感染有重要的诊断价值。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of colposcopy in diagnosis of cervical disease.Methods：The colposcopy results of 736 patients with cervical disease were analyzed.Results：In all patients,124 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN） 1,34 cases with CIN 2,13 cases with CIN 3,37 cases with cervical disease and 28 cases with papilloma virus（HPV） infection were diagnosed.Conclusions：Colposcopy is a value way in diagnosis of early cervical carcinoma,CIN and HPV infection.
