Olig1转录因子在大鼠脊髓发育过程中的表达

摘要 目的:检测Olig1转录因子在大鼠脊髓发育过程中的表达情况。方法:选取胚胎14.5 d、18.5 d和出生后当天、出生后3 d、7 d、2周、4周及成年的大鼠脊髓,采用免疫荧光法和RT-PCR检测Olig1在脊髓的表达。结果:从胚胎14.5 d到成年大鼠的脊髓中Olig1均有表达。结论:Olig1在少突胶质细胞不同发育时期均有表达。 Objective :To detect the expression of Oligl transcription factor in the development process of rat spinal cord. Methods: The rat spinal cord of embryonic days 14.5 and 18.5,on the day of birth,and 3 days,7 days,2 weeks and 4 weeks after birth were selected. The expression of Oligl in rat spinal cord were detected by immunofluorescence and RT-PCR. Results : Immunofluorescence and RT-PCR showed the Oligl positive expression in spinal cord of eight group rats. Conclusions: Oligl has positive expression in different development stages of oligodendrocytes.
