摘要
以美国MK7-3型阻拦索装置为例,从结构组成出发,分析了它的基本控制原理,讨论了其在使用当中容易出现的故障,并分析了其故障产生的原因。结果表明:重量设置不准、阀芯不能正常关闭和密封件出现渗漏是最典型的3种常见故障,其中重量设置不准导致的后果最为严重,很有可能造成阻拦作业失败。
The working principle of arresting force was studied based on the structure composing,and the familiar trouble and it's reasons in the using process was discussed.It has been found that inaccurate weight settings,deviant closing of the valve pistil and leakage of the pressurized component were the typical familiar troubles,of which the inaccurate weight setting had the serious result.It would result in the failure of arresting task possibly.
