榆耳(Gloeostereum incarnatum S.Ito et Imai)是一种珍贵的食、药兼用真菌。它分布于我国的东北地区和日本的北海道。近年来,野生榆耳资源已频于枯竭。为此,许多人进行人工栽培,由于缺乏对榆耳营养生理的全面了解和菌株的选育,其人工栽培的产量和质量并没有达到榆耳本身的遗传潜力。我们通过对榆耳营养生理的深入研究,掌握了榆耳高产栽培技术,技术要点报告如下: 一、菌种制备 1.菌株:实验用我们自己选育的“U06”菌株。
In order to get good yield in terms of quantity and quality the key points of cultivation of Gloeosterenum incarnatum S. Ito et Imai are discussed. Besides selection of Rood strains the main points are, (1) Suitable substrate such as waste co, on, (2) Sufficient water supply and (3) Proper temperature control. Relative biological efficiency of 311-411% will be made when the points are achieved.
