摘要
目的:探讨前后牙根折及后牙纵折的保存方法。方法:利用光固化材料及根管钉根内固定治疗前后牙根折;根管钉横向内固定加全冠修复治疗后牙纵折。用以上方法治疗折裂牙90例120颗牙。结果:失败13颗,成功率为89.2%。结论:利用光固化材料及根管钉固定折裂牙,部分折裂牙同时行全冠修复,可取得满意疗效。
Objective ：To evaluate the methods to preserve the anterior teeth or posterior teeth with transversally fractured roots, or posterior teeth with vertically fracture. Methods：The anterior or posterior teeth with transversally fractured roots were managed with photosensitive resin and root screw. The posterior teeth with vertically fracture were managed with root screw and crown. 90 eases （ 120 teeth） were treated with above methods. Result： The rates of success were 89.2% except for 13 teeth with failed treatment. Conclusion：The root screw associated with photosensitive resin or crown is a ef- fective method to treat the fractured teeth.
