摘要
:根据模拟激光源加热金属材料的实验情况 ,考虑材料的物性参数随温度的变化 ,通过求解热传导方程得到各种情况下材料的温度时空分布 ,并利用热弹性本构方程、应变 -位移关系以及应力平衡关系 ,建立了激光辐照金属材料时的轴对称热应力的计算模型 ,通过数值方法 ,得到在不同激光强度辐照时靶材内不同时刻的温升分布和热应力分布 。
By means of solving thermal conduction equation,it gives the nonlinear temperature field in the metal materials whose parameters change with temperature.And it established the numerical model of thermal stress during laser irradiating the metal materials by making use of the equation of equilibrium for isotropic bodies.By means of numerical method,it gives the temperature rise and thermal stress distribution in the target at various times,and the laser intensity threshold which induced the metal materials damage is discussed.
