仪表式车床的横系列模块化设计 被引量:1

摘要 对仪表式车床从功能域和结构域两个方面进行了分解。确定了仪表式车床的模块划分原则。利用设计结构矩阵建立了功能元与结构元之间的映射关系,并对各种映射关系是否适合划分模块做了描述。根据功能元与结构元之间的映射关系以及仪表式车床实际的结构特点,划分出了比较通用的模块划分。利用基本功能模块和附加功能模块的不同组合方式,确定了多种横系列的模块化仪表式车床。最后,对仪表式车床的横系列模块化设计的优点进行了概括。 This paper explains meter lathe from the fuction and structure both aspects defines the principle of its module division and uses design structure mafrix to extablish the mapping relationship between function unit and structre unit.It also describes which mapping relationships are fit to divide module.General module division is determined according to the relationships and its structural characteristics.Many horizontal series modular meter lathes exists in the different combinations with basic and additional fuction modules.Lastly,the advantages of its horizontal series modular design are summarized.
