摘要
目的分析高龄人群血栓弹力图结果中出现高凝状态的原因,为临床抗凝提供参考。方法用TEG5000型凝血分析仪对患者凝血全过程进行检测,总结高龄人群中183例高凝状态的三种常见情形。结果酶动力型高凝状态77例(占42.0%),血小板型高凝状态70例(38.1%),酶动力型和血小板型高凝状态36例(占19.9%)。结论在出现高凝状态时,应正确分析原因,使用有针对性的药物,使临床抗凝更安全,减少高龄人群血栓的发生。
Objective To analysis the thrombelastogram in aged patients with hypercoagulability in order to instruct the anticoagulation therapy.Methods The complete processes of coagulation in 183 aged patients were detected by TEG5000 to analyze the types of coagulation.Results There were 77 patients with enzymatic hypercoagulability（42%）,70 with platelet hypercoagulability（38.1%）,and 36 with enzymatic and platelet hypercoagulability（19.9%）.Conclusion It was essential to analysis the etiology of hypercoagulability in aged patients in order to optimize the clinical anticoagulation therapy and minimizes the frequency of thrombosis.
