摘要
使用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对微泡发生器内部流场进行仿真分析。以结构参数之一的喷嘴半径为例,通过改变其参数实现流场的改变,基于速度、紊动能和气相分布进行综合分析,研究结构参数变化对微泡发生器性能的影响。
This paper simulated the micro-bubble generators with different radius of jet by using CFD software FLU- ENT. Took structural parameters of the nozzle radius for example, researched the effects of structural parameters on the performance of micro-bubble generators by changing its parameters to achieve change in the flow field, and basing on speed, turbulence and gas distribution to a comprehensive analysis.
