摘要
根据自动变速器的工作原理特性,结合自动变速器的专业教学实践,分析了目前大多数变速器解剖试验台架的缺点,设计了以气压为动力传动介质的自动变速器解剖运行试验台。气动自动变速器实物解剖试验台架能实现动态演示,突破了教学上的难点,提高了学生的学习兴趣,取得了较好的试验教学效果。
According to the work principle of automatic transmission, combined with the experimental teaching of auto- matic transmission, the current most transmission test-bed shortcomings were analyzed. An automat transmission test-bed introducing of pneumatic device was designed. The test-bed can realize the dynamic demonstration and break through the teaching difficulty, which enables students to improve the study interest, and get better effects of teaching.
