摘要
目的选用适合制备含多味中药复方前列康栓的基质配方。方法采用不同基质配方制成的栓剂,以栓剂外观品质、熔点、硬度、融变时限和体外释放度等作为考核评价指标,并对其进行综合评价分析。结果混合脂肪酸甘油酯与栓剂总量1%吐温80组成的基质配方所制备成的复方前列康栓各项考察指标最为理想。结论该研究结果的中药复方前列康栓的工艺研究和中药复方栓剂研究的机制选择提供了实验依据。
Objective To chose the matrix formulations for the forefront of health suppository compound containing more herbs.Methods Taking the appearance of quality,melting point,hardness,melting time and in vitro release rate of these different matrix formulations of suppositories as evaluation indexes,the comprehensive evaluations and analysis were made.Results Optimum matrix formulation of the compound into the forefront of health suppository is mixed fatty acid ester with Tween 80 1% weight of suppository.Conclution The results provide experimental basises for the study the mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine in the forefront of technology research and health suppository suppository compound medicine.
