摘要
目的考察通督活血颗粒的初步稳定性和包装材料对本品稳定性的影响。方法根据《中药新药研究的技术要求》,在常规储存条件下,对3批通督活血颗粒进行6个月的初步稳定性实验研究。结果各项考察指标均符合规定,推测该药品制备工艺合理,可采用铝箔袋包装。结论在正常室温条件下,该品稳定性良好。
Objective This thesis aims at examining the preliminary stability of tongdu huoxue granule as well as the influence of the packing materials on it.Method According to ＂Technical Requirements on the Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine＂,six months＇ experimental research on preliminary stability of three batches of tongdu huoxue granules under regular circumstances of storage.Result All the indexes conform to the requirements,Which indicates manufacturing devices of this kind of drug are reasonable and that fresco bags can be used for package.Conclusion Under normal room temperature,this kind of drug is moderately stable.
