摘要
目的分析测定鹤峰银莲花中主要皂苷成分Raddeanin A的含量。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX EclipseXDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)分析柱,流动相为甲醇-水(55∶45),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长210 nm。结果Raddeanin A在1.05-5.25μg范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率为100.17%,RSD=1.13%(n=6)。结论该方法简便,灵敏,重复性好,可用于对鹤峰银莲花的品质评价,为鹅掌草近缘种质量控制及开发提供实验依据。
Objective To determine Raddeanin A in Anemone hofengensis by HPLC.Methods Raddeanin A was separated on Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6mm×150mm)with a mobile phase of methanol-water(55∶ 45)and detected at a wavelength of 210 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.05-5.25 μg(r=0.9995).The average recovery rate was 100.17% and RSD=1.13%(n=6).Conclution The method is simple,sensitive and precise.It can be used for the quality control of Anemone hofengensis and provide experimental evidence for the quality evaluation and development of the related plants of Anemone flaccida.
