摘要
沈阳油田是全国最大的高凝油油田,由于绝大多数油井采取了电加热工艺,每年的电费给经营成本带来了巨大的压力,为了有效地解决这一难题,多年来采取了很多办法。2010年自行设计了高凝油电加热温度控制系统,随着井口油温的变化及时对电加热功率进行自动调整,达到了生产参数稳定、电加热柜不间断供电、低功率加热的效果。
Shenyang oilfield is the largest high pour-point oilfield.Since the majority of wells adopt the electric heating technology,annual electric charge brings the huge pressure to the business cost.In order to solve this tough problem effectively,many methods have been used for many years.In 2010,a high pour-point oil electric heating temperature control system was designed by themselves,which adjusts the heating power automatically and timely with the changes of well-head temperature,and thus achieve the effect of stable production parameters,the electric supply continuity of electric heating cabinet and the low-power heating.
