摘要
针对现有磁调制式电流互感器结构和电路复杂的不足,提出一种单磁芯结构的磁调制式直流漏电流互感器。该互感器基于Atmega16单片机,通过检测二次绕组输出信号的直流分量来测量直流漏电流的大小和方向。其电路简单、测量精度高,并具有RS485通讯接口,可与上位机构成直流系统接地故障巡回监测系统。经试验验证,本文设计的磁调制式直流漏电流互感器的测量误差小于3%,能够满足直流系统接地故障巡回监测的要求。
A magnetic modulation-based DC leakage current transformer (MM DC LCT) with single winding is presented to improve the shortcomings of complex structure and circuits of present MM DC LCT. A MCU-based MM DC LCT prototype is designed. And accuracy measurement is implemented via detecting dc component from output signals of secondary winding with simple circuit. Meanwhile, a RS485 communication interface is provided for users to implicate insulation monitoring system for DC system, thus digital measurement can be implemented. Final- ly, it is verified that the MM DC LCT prototype has good performance with low measurement of error less than 3% , which can meet the demand of insulation monitor for DC system.
