电火花加工微孔深径比的理论模型实验研究

摘要 为预测和提高电火花加工微孔的深径比,对描述该深径比的理论模型开展了进一步研究。在不同条件下加工50个微孔,采用罗曼诺夫斯基准则处理微孔加工数据,并应用误差传递公式分析各主要误差对该理论模型的影响,进一步表明了微孔深径比理论模型的有效性。 In order to predict and improve the aspect ratio of a micro hole EDM drilling, further study has been conducted with respect to model of the aspect ratio. In the paper, 50 micro holes have been drilled under different experimental conditions. Gross experimental errors caused by micro holes drilling in EDM are calculated by Lomnaofski norm. The errors of the main machining parameters having influence on aspect ratio model are analyzed by error propagation formula. Through all the efforts above, model of aspect ratio for micro holes EDM drilling has been further validly verified.
