摘要
传统的加热器疏水端差应达值计算是在具备详细结构参数和运行参数的基础上通过理论计算得出,而实际计算中不同加热器结构参数的搜集比较困难。对于结构参数一定的加热器,通过计算加热器各运行参数对疏水端差的影响,建立了一种新的只考虑运行参数的加热器疏水端差计算模型。利用660MW和300MW机组卧式加热器运行参数验证结果表明,该模型精确度高,计算简单,有利于快速计算加热器疏水端差应达值。
The traditional Heater drain subcooler approach value should be reached with detailed in the structural parameters and operation parameters are calculated by theory based on practical calculation, and the structural parameters of different heating collecting more diffieuh. For structural parameters of certain heaters, Through calculation heater drain subeooler approach effects of each perational parameters, established a new kind of the heater drain subcooler approaeh calculation model that only consider running parameters. Using 660MW and 300MW horizontal heater operation parameters verification results show that the model high precision, simple calculation, which is beneficial to the heater drain subeooler approach should be fast calculation of value.
