乳腺癌临床和实验研究的新进展 被引量：21

摘要 乳腺癌是一种女性常见的恶性肿瘤。在女性中，每年新增乳腺癌病例数超过肺癌及结直肠癌，在所有的肿瘤中排第1位，其死亡人数仅次于肺癌排第2位。目前乳腺癌病因及发病机制尚不明确。近年来，随着医学分子生物学技术的进步，乳腺癌的临床和实验研究展现许多成果，对乳腺癌的病因、发病机制和治疗进行了多方面富有成效的工作，其中几个重要的进展值得注意。
