摘要
随着列车速度的不断提高,列车与空气的相互作用成为一个备受关注的问题.从可靠性的要求出发,将数值模拟计算结果与试验结果进行了对比,验证了模拟计算的可靠性.在此基础上采用流固耦合技术实现了实际计算载荷与有限元模型的耦合.并对耦合后的某车体焊接结构应用焊缝疲劳寿命预测的新方法——主S-N曲线法,对关键焊缝进行了焊缝疲劳寿命预测.为车体焊接结构的进一步设计提供参考.
With increasing train speed, the interactions between the train and air become a major concern. From the aspect of reliability, numerical simulation results and experimental results are compared in order to verify the reliability of simulation calculations. On this basis, fluid-solid coupling technology is used to achieve the coupling between the actual calculation load and the finite element model, and the master S-N curve meth- od is applied for the predication of the fatigue life of critical seam, which provide a reference for further body design of welded structures.
