正中神经神经纤维脂肪瘤1例并文献回顾 被引量：1

摘要 神经纤维脂肪瘤首先由Mason于1953年报道,是一种临床罕见,慢性增大的浸润周围神经及其分支的[1]良性肿瘤,多数侵犯前臂和手部的正中神经及其分支,少数侵及尺、桡神经或腓肠神经[2],部分合并巨指症,通过复习国内外文献,我们了解到目前共报道该病88例。病人可表现为无触痛但逐渐增大的肿块或伴有严重的疼痛、活动受限或所侵袭的神经分布区域的感觉异常。
