摘要
根据循环流化床锅炉的特点,通过适当的简化,采用集中参数法进行了数学建模和仿真。将锅炉炉膛分为上、中、下3个小室,并对各段采用集中参数法建立模型。模型包括固体物料质量平衡、残碳质量平衡、能量平衡、氧量计算式等主要模型,及气固两相流动、碳的燃烧、流化床传热和其他经验公式等子模型。对仿真模型进行运行调试,并进行给煤量扰动实验,计算结果表明所建模型可以准确反映锅炉的动态特性。
A boiler was studied for the mathematical modeling and simulation through appropiate simplification, using the lumped parameter method, which reflects all the characteristics of circulating fluidized boiler sets. The boiler furnace is divided into three regions, and the model of each region is established using lumped parameter method. Models include main models, such as soild mate- rial mass balance, residual carbon mass balance, energy balance, the oxygen formula, and submodels, such as gas-solid fluid- ization, char combustion, sulfur dioxide absorption, heat transfer and some other empirical formulas. Adjustment and operation of the simulation model, as well as the model's responses to disturbances, all indicate that the model can reflect the dynamic characteristics of the circulation fluidized bed.
