摘要
透平膨胀机现已广泛应用于轻烃回收装置 ,但对此类装置的一些重要的技术和操作问题一直在探讨之中。本文讨论了C+ 3的收率、分子筛的吸附和再生、膨胀机和压缩机及管网系统的平衡工况等问题 ,并把理论分析与现场实际结合起来 ,探讨具体的解决办法。
Expansion turbine is widely used in light hydrocarbon recovery unit, but some important techniques and operating problems are still inquired into. This paper discusses the recovery of C + 3, adsorption and regeneration of molecular sieve, balanced operation situation of expander and compressor and tubing system. Approaches are discussed based on the combination of theoretic analysis and operation situation.
