摘要
本文从不同角度考察了水对SO2 -4 /ZrO2 催化正戊烷反应的影响。研究发现 ,少量水对催化剂有减活作用 ,但有可逆性 ,可以通过干燥气体吹扫重新恢复活性 ;反应中微量水对催化剂活性的影响 ,可以通过提高反应温度来消除 ;反应系统中存在大量水时 ,可以使催化剂的活性完全丧失 ,其原因是水降低了具有异构化活性的酸中心的强度 ,从而导致了失活。
The influence of water on SO ~2-_ 4/ZrO 2 catalyzed n-pentane isomerization from different angle is observed in the paper.It is found that a small amount of water deactivates the catalyst,but the deactivation is revertable.The catalyst will regain its activity by dry gas sweeping.In this reaction,increasing temperature can eliminate the influence of a small amount of water.When a large amount of water exists,the catalyst will lost its activity totally.The reason is water occupies the acid sites resulting in decrease of isomerization activity,and finally leads to deactivaty.
