摘要
研究了聚砜超滤膜在菜籽油脱胶中的应用,讨论了操作时间(10~60 min),菜籽油-正己烷混合液中菜籽油质量分数(10%~50%),操作压力(0.05~0.20 MPa)和操作温度(10~30℃)对脱胶效果的影响。结果表明:混合液渗透通量随操作时间的延长和混合液中菜籽油质量分数的提高而降低,但膜对磷脂的截留率表现出增大的趋势;渗透通量随操作压力和操作温度的升高而增大,但操作压力和操作温度对磷脂截留率影响很小。在实验条件下,聚砜超滤膜对30%菜籽油-正己烷混合液的渗透通量为8~33 kg/(m2.h),磷脂截留率为60%~80%;对菜籽油的渗透通量为0.2~3.5 kg/(m2.h),磷脂截留率达到91%~93%。
Degumming of rapeseed oil by polysulfone ultrafiltration membrane was studied. The effects of operation time( 10 -60 min),mass fraction of rapeseed oil in rapeseed oil- hexane miscella (10% - 50% ) ,operation pressure (0. 05 - 0. 20 MPa) and operation temperature ( 10 - 30℃) on dugumming were investigated. The results showed that the miscella flux decreased with the increase of permeation time and miscella concentration, while the phospholipid retention increased. With the increase of pressure and temperature, the flux increased, but there was little change for the retention of phospholipid. Under ex- perimental conditions,the flux varied from 8 to 33 kg/( m2 · h) and the ph 80% for the 30% rapeseed oil - hoxane miscella, and for rapeseed oil the (m2 · h) and the phospholipid retention was 91% -93%. ospholipid retention flux varied from 0. 2 was 60% - to 3.5 kg/(m2 · h) and the phospholipid retention was 91% -93%.
