摘要
以我国输变电工程造价管理为研究对象,对输变电工程造价管理的现状及发展趋势进行了研究。从目前造价管理中应用到的全过程造价管理、价值工程、赢得值法、信息管理等方面进行了深入分析,提出了存在的问题与矛盾。基于全面造价管理理论,对当前造价管理体系进行优化。提出增加全信息管理等内容,丰富和完善了全面造价管理理论。
This paper focuses on the cost management of power transmission and transformation projects in China.It at first researches its current situation and development trend.Then a comprehensive analysis is conducted about the cost-related aspects： whole process cost management,value engineering,earned value,information management,etc.Meanwhile,the existing problems are revealed.Based on total cost management theory,the study optimizes the current cost management system.Finally,it is suggested that the new addition of total information management enrich and perfect the TCM theory.
