摘要
辽宁蒲石河抽水蓄能电站是东北地区在建的第一座大型抽水蓄能电站。结合工程建设管理实践,介绍了工程概况及主要特点,从管理模式、质量管理、进度管理、安全管理、监理管理等方面对工程具体建设管理进行了归纳和总结,通过科学的管理,蒲石河抽水蓄能电站保证了工程建设质量,首台机组顺利投产发电,为实现绿色环保精品工程的目标奠定了良好基础。
The Pushihe Pumped-storage Power Station located in Liaoning Province is the first large-scaled pumped-storage power project in Northeast China. Combined with the construction and management of project, the project and its main features are introduced herein. The mode of management and the managements of quality, schedule, safety and supervision are summarized. The scientific management ensures the quality of project construction and the commissioning of the first unit, and lays a good foundation for the realization of green, environment-friendly and top-quality engineering.
