摘要
为了研究日粮中添加锰对辽宁绒山羊蛋白质代谢的影响,试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计,将24只辽宁绒山羊公羊随机平均分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,分别饲喂锰含量为20,40,60 mg/kg的日粮,测定了血液中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、尿素氮含量。结果表明:随着锰含量的增加,谷丙转氨酶活性和总蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),但谷草转氨酶活性未受显著影响(P>0.05)。综合分析认为,含锰60 mg/kg的日粮对促进辽宁绒山羊的蛋白质代谢较为适宜。
To investigate the effect of different levels of dietary manganese on protein metabolism in Liaoning cashmere goats ,24 rams were aver- agely divided into three groups, which were fed 20 mg/kg, 40 mg/kg and 60 mg/kg manganese respectively in the diet with completely random design. The content of glutamic - pyruvic transaminase( GPT), glutamic - oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) ,total protein(TP) and urea nitro- gen in the blood were determined. The results showed that the activity of GPT and the content of TP in the plasma were significantly increased with the increase of manganese level( P 〈 0.05 ), the content of urea nitrogen in the blood was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ), but the activ- ity of GOT was not significantly affected( P 〉 0.05 ). It concludes that the diet with 60 mg/kg manganese is optimum to promote protein metabo- lism in Liaoning cashmere goats.
