摘要
煤层气作为一种新兴的非常规天然气资源 ,正越来越受人们的重视。中国石油天然气集团公司也先后进行了 1 0多口井的尝试。但由于煤层气单井产量较低 ,工艺性试验投入大 ,勘探效益低。为降低煤层气钻井成本 ,借鉴了国内外常规油气井小井眼钻井技术的成功经验 ,结合煤层气的特点 ,研究了小井眼钻头、煤层保护、小井眼取煤心等工艺技术 ,评选了小井眼钻机 ,并在现场进行了 1口煤层气小井眼钻井试验。通过与常规煤层气试验井对比 ,分析了煤层气小井眼钻井的经济效益。文章介绍了上述石油系统 (CNPC)煤层气钻井现状及煤层气小井眼钻井技术研究和勘探性工艺试验情况。
As a kind of new and developing unconventional resources,coalbed gas is attached by more and more importance.China National Petroleum Corporation has successively tried to make the experiment at more than ten wells,but the technological test needs much investment and the benefit of the exploration is low due to low individual well producing rate.In order to reduce the cost of coalbed gas well drilling,through using the successful experience in slim hole drilling of the conventional oil and gas wells both abroad and at home for reference and in view of the characteristics of coalbed gas,the bit for slim hole drilling,coal bed protection and coring technology in slim hole,etc.have been studied and the rig for slim hole drilling was selected for the test of slim hole drilling in coal bed.Through a comparison,the economic benefit in slim hole drilling for coalbed gas has been analyzed.In this paper,the actual drilling situation for coalbed gas and the situation of slim hole drilling technique and technological test for coalbed gas by CNPC is presented.
