摘要
结合各石油机械厂生产技术现状和生产经营策略两方面的情况阐述了在石油机械行业推广成组技术的必要性 ,指出推广运用成组技术可使各石油机械厂在较少投入的情况下 ,降低生产成本和产品制造周期 ,提高生产能力及劳动生产率 ,并可实现库存量和在制品量减少到最低限度的准时制生产 ,从而改善企业的经营状况 ,增强企业的竞争能力。
On the basis of an analysis of the technology status and operation strategy of petroleum machinery works, the necessity of popularizing the group technology in petroleum machinery industry is expounded. By popularizing the group technology, the production cost and products manufacturing cycle can be reduced, the productivity and efficiency of labour can be improved, and the products stocks and quantity of products on lines can be decreased to the limit, thereby the state of operation of the enterprise can be improved, and its competitive power can be strengthened.
