摘要
对外径 660mm、壁厚 7 1mm国产内胀成形X60钢级螺旋缝埋弧焊管的未水压、水压后和稳压后 3种管段样品 ,用机械切割应力释放法进行了内外表面残余应力的测试。试验结果分析表明 ,油气输送管出厂前的水压试验以及油气管道施工完毕后的稳压试验均会使螺旋缝埋弧焊管内外表面总体残余应力分布趋于均匀 ,并且明显降低内表面残余应力 ,特别是对呈残余拉应力的焊缝区域作用更大。研究分析认为 ,把我国螺旋缝埋弧焊管水压试验压力从 0 9SMYS提高到1 0SMYS ,甚至接近焊管屈服强度 ,可消除或降低螺旋缝埋弧焊管有害的残余拉应力。
The residual stress in the spiral submerged arc welding (SSAW) pipe of 660mm OD and 7 1mm wall thickness is tested by the stress releasing method. The test result shows that, the hydraulic test in the factory and the holding hydraulic test after construction of the pipes can bring about the uniform distribution of the residual stress in the inside and outside surface of SSAW pipe, and can reduce the residual stress in the inside surface of the pipe, especially have an effect on the welding zone with tensile stress. By increasing the hydraulic test pressure of SSAW pipe from 0 9SMYS to 1SMYS, even selecting the pressure closing to the yield strength of the welded pipe, the harmful residual tensile stress in SSAW pipes can be eliminated or reduced.
