摘要
研发联盟的数量增长很快,但是联盟的失败率却很高,不适当的合作伙伴选择是最重要的原因之一。本文以合作创新理论为基础,分析了研发联盟伙伴选择的影响因素对联盟绩效的作用,构建了研发联盟伙伴选择影响因素的结构方程模型,利用问卷调查得到的数据对模型进行实证分析以验证研究假设,得出研究结论。从联盟伙伴选择方面丰富了提高联盟绩效的相关研究。
The number of R＆D alliance has grown rapidly, but the alliance＇s failure rate is high. Inappropriate choice of partners is one of the important reasons. Based on the theory of cooperative innovation, this paper analyzes the effect of enterprises R＆D alliance partner selection factors on the alliance performance. It builds the structural equation model of R＆D alliance partner selection factors.The model and research hypothesis are verified by questionnaire survey data. The research enriches the study on improving the performance of alliance research.
